Vladimir Hovhannisyan

Secretary General

Oversees administration, coordination, and documentation of the Federation’s activities.
He ensures smooth communication between departments and manages official correspondence.

Andranik Karapetyan

Vice-President

Leads regional development and coordinates the Federation’s network of clubs across Armenia.
Dedicated to expanding the reach of combat sports to every province.

Hrant Qotanjyan

Head of Referee Committee

One of only five UWW international-level referee coaches in the world.
He directs referee education, training, and fair competition officiating across all disciplines.

Gayane Arshamyan

Treasurer

Responsible for financial oversight, reporting, and transparency.
She manages budgeting and supports sustainable growth of the Federation’s programs.

Arsen Tovmasyan

Senior Administrator

In charge of operations and event logistics.
He ensures that national tournaments and seminars are organized efficiently and meet international standards.

Mayis Nersesyan

Coaches Committee Head

Supervises athlete preparation, national team development, and technical programs.
Leads coaching standards and represents Armenia’s athletes in international competitions.

Meghry Sirabiounian

Public Relations / Media Committee Head

Leads promotion, communication, and media relations of the Federation.
She strengthens public awareness through events, digital presence, and partnerships.

Aren Gevorgyan

Board Member

Responsible for developing Grappling in the Lori region.
Promotes new clubs, athlete education, and regional tournaments.

Ashot Petrosyan

Board Member

Founder of multiple clubs across Armenia and a driving force in expanding all three federation disciplines.
Plays a key role in the nationwide growth and grassroots athlete development.

Andre Harutyunyan

Board Member

Focuses on the growth and technical improvement of Grappling and Grappling Gi disciplines.
Works closely with coaches and athletes to enhance international-level performance.
